Jellyfish

This jellyfish sculpture, composed of layers of Styrofoam, takes on the appearance of a moving body when hung in the air. The artificial materials that make up the sea creature are meant to contrast with the organic form.

The projection of changing patterns and shapes are intended to emphasize the apparent movement and alien effect of the sculpture.
